These work great with a minor adjustment.
I ordered the Distress Ink pad storage holders for my Distress Ink but also for my Fresh Dye Ink pads by Altenew (the round ones). The spacers work great to push forward the Altenew Inks so that 1 they are easier to get out but 2 so they line up with the Distress Ink pads. My husband had to trim the end a little bit (with his saw, gave him something to do) so that they fit in perfectly. If you stand up the spacer so that is thin in the back of the holder and saw the ends a little bit (maybe StampnStorage could accomplish this for their customers) they work fantastic.

So glad I got them. Like them so much I need more. It makes it so easy to get my ink pads out of the slots. I have very short, fat, stocky fingers so having the pads out further makes a big difference. I don't struggle to get the pads out anymore. Going to get them for my punch holders too.

These are the perfect size to push out my ink pads. I have the container for the old style ink pads which is a little bit deep for the newer smaller size. By placing them in the back of the slot, it makes it much easier to remove the ink pad.

I use Stampin Up products. Stampin Up recently re-designed their stamp pads. Because the newer ones are slightly slimmer, spacers are needed so that all the stamp pads fit properly in the Stamp Pad Holder. They work like a charm!
Solution for storing Stampin' Up's latest thin ink pads
Here's a solution that I hadn't realized I needed! Ever since Stampin' Up changed their inkpad cases, I have had issues getting them out of my Stamp-n-Storage cabinet; there was no way to easily grab them. You guys came up with a easy solution: little blocks of wood that push the ink pad out of the shelf just enough so I can grab them. Thank you!

I have the older version for ink storage. I have a mixture of new and old Stampin’ Up inks. They new style ink pads fit in this, but needed spacers do that you can get the new ink pads out easier. Definitely a must have if you have the old style ink pads storage and the new ink pads.

Thank you Stamp-n-Storage for making these spacers available. I much prefer the size and use-ability of the former Stampin Up ink pads. BUT since they didn't ask me, I do have to be flexible with the new size and how the ink pads open. That being said , the spacers are very helpful to bring the new ink pads down to the edge where they can be used more easily. Because I'd watched the video introducing these spacers, I learned that they can be used two ways depending on the depth of the ink pad I'm moving forward. That was ingenious and it shows how you really do consider all factors when coming up with a new product. Thank you, Stamp - n - Storage! As far as using these spacers, I admit that I did have one or two that slipped down behind the divider. I couldn't just tip the combo unit to get it out or all my ink pads would have been in my lap, on my table and in the floor! LOL It took a little manipulating but it wasn't all that difficult to get it out and positioned correctly. I'm sure my difficulty was (my own) user error! I couldn't be more pleased that you have made this option available to us. Thank you so much!

Spacers for thin SU Ink Pads
I put these behind the SU ink pads that were released over a year ago. I own the Stampin Storage ink, refill and marker holder and have several of the old pads in it, which fit fine. The new pads slide further to the back, and the spacers prevent that from happening. This product is very inexpensive and works well.

I wish they were a little bigger. I had trouble with them falling behind other ink pads and having to dig them out. Plus I still find it hard to pull them out since the ink pad doesn't stick out at all and is flush. I'm using them correctly for the easier grip but it isn't working for me. I put2 in each one and that seems to be perfect for me. Of course that would mean I need to buy more. :-(

Just because SU had changed their stamp pad design doesn't mean Stamp N Storage cases can't store new SU pads. This is so wonderful. I did not want to go buy all new stamp pads just because of a design change. I've had their old style pads for a very long time and they work just fine. This is brilliant for Stamp N Storage to come up with this design. Your products are wonderful and priced more than fair. I love that your products are wood or wood by products. No Plastic! Love it! I love how the spacers help to store the new Stampin Up Ink pads one space at a time. Its a wonderful way to store the old style and new style in the same unit. Practical
One would think that spending $ on little slices of wood is not a good idea. When you have different sized stamp pads, aside from Stampin' Up, you appreciate those little spacers every time you reach for a smaller pad and don't have to dig around in the cabinet to retrieve it!

You're a Genius! I had all my pads organized in my Combo Pad/Refill/Marker organizer & SU changed their design. I didn't want to change my whole system just for the pads!!! Then I realized that you were right on the ball and ready with a solution. Not just a way to keep everything the way I had organized it, but quick & easy! Thanks to these little Spacers, all I had to do was pop them in where I needed the new pads to go and Voila! The new pads fit perfectly and I can pull them in & out as easily as the old pads. Once I was able (dexterity issues - 9 pieces of metal in my dominant arm) I found the easier to grip - with a bit of the case sticking out of the front of the storage unit, the best for me.
Seeing the ink pads in the storage unit is a beautiful sight.

I immediately ordered all that I would need, even though I'm still building my ink collection & converting from current ink pads to the new ones. These work just as they say. I lay mine flat so the pads stick out ever so slightly. It's very easy to slip them in and out of my ink pad holder.

A Must Have Product - Spacers
I purchased the Spacers to go inside my Stamp N Storage Pad, Ink, and Marker holder. Without these spacers, your new Stampin' UP! Ink Pads will be lost in the space and you will have a difficult time getting them out.
What's more frustrating than fighting with your holder trying to get the Pad out.
I personally like the spacer lying down flat so that the Stampin' UP! New Ink Pad sticks out a little bit further in order to grasp it. With Arthritis in my thumbs, it is perfect.

Ink pad storage adapters
Got my two packages of the adapters for my Stamp n Storage combo ink pad cabinet last week. I have already installed four of them and they work just great. I had seen a video that explained how to buy a piece of wood trim and DIY an adapter for your cabinet. Before I even had the chance to look into that, I saw the FB post about these from S-n-S.
