How can I get free shipping?
All orders from our website over $100 include free shipping (domestic U.S. only). Purchases of Kickstands, Magnet Cards, Magnet Card Dividers, and Products Spacers are available with free shipping (domestic U.S. only). Do you live in Alaska, Hawaii or internationally? Do I need to assemble your products?
No. All of our products ship fully assembled and are ready to use right out of the box.
How do you ship your products?
We ship within the continental 48 United States using UPS. For all other shipments we use the US Postal Service.
I live outside the continental 48 United States, and have updated the shopping cart with my country and postal code, but there’s no shipping cost. Why?
Because international shipping is expensive, we are careful to make sure it is calculated accurately to keep your costs down. The limitations of our shopping cart make it exceedingly difficult to provide free shipping to the majority of our customers while charging our international customers the appropriate amount, factoring in the ability to combine items into a single box, etc.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to ship all orders within five working days, and we often ship faster than that. We ship via UPS ground from central Minnesota. Shipping times can be as low as 1-2 days for immediately neighboring states to 4-5 days for customers who live on the east or west coast.
What materials are used in your products?
The cabinets are all made from Baltic Birch plywood, a quality material used for drawers in high-end kitchen cabinets. The dividers are made from MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard).
If you are interested in one of our Combo Holders, the blocks that hold the re-inker bottles and markers are made from select-grade pine.
Can I order mine in another color?
No. Our products are shipped sanded and ready to be used in their natural state. However, they can be painted to match your decor, and we recommend that you use spray paint. Start with a coat of primer, sand the surfaces (which are easily accessible), then, apply 2-3 coats of the final color. Lightly sanding between coats is really helpful too! Do not remove any dividers when painting product. The added paint will make it difficult to slide the dividers back in place.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

What is your return policy?
If the product hasn’t been modified, you are welcome to return your items within 60 days for a full refund less our actual shipping cost. Return shipping will be at your expense. Get more information here!

Will my Stampin’ Up!® ink pads fit in your cabinets?
Perfectly! Our cabinets are designed around the Stampin’ Up!® products, and Stampin’ Up!® ink pads that are shown in most of our product pictures.
Will my non-Stampin’ Up! ink pads fit in your cabinets?
Most likely, yes. However, you should check our Ink Pad Compatibility page to make sure.
Won’t my smaller ink pads get lost in the back of the cabinet?
We’ve created a tutorial video for making Ink Pad Spacers to prevent this from happening.
I need to buy several items. Can they be stacked?
Yes, our cabinets are very sturdy and you can confidently stack them on top of each other.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available in multiple values from $25 to $150. You can buy them here. They make a great gift for all of your crafting friends and family!
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
When you purchase a gift certificate you will receive a code valid for one use at the gift certificate value you purchased. This code should be entered in the “Discount Code” section of the shopping cart.
Do you have discount codes available?
Typically we only use the discount codes for our gift certificates. We do offer special discounts a few times per year, and these will be promoted on social media, through our email newsletter, or on Splitcoaststampers.
Can your products be wall mounted?
