Holds a lot of Paper
I am really enjoying organizing all my paper in my new paper crate. It is very sturdy and holds a lot, but it is not overly heavy to move/carry.
12x12 and 8.5x11 Paper Crates
Love these crates and they are a great solution for my 12 by 12 and 8.5 by 11 papers. Love that they stack on one another even if the paper sizes are different. That is genius and awesome! I put my 8.5 by 11 card stock crate on top of the 12 by 12 and then the lid.
Now, I have two crates full of color card stock and specialty papers. These crates on the rollers fits right next to my metal storage cart and rolls out and in easily, when I need to move it. It’s fits lots of paper which is great. The only thing is I wish it only had two side holes, not four because I don’t craft everyday and the paper can get a little dusty and when I am putting the papers back, it gets stuck in the side holes so I have to be careful. Or, maybe smaller holes? Still, very happy I purchased them and give it a 5. As usual, It’s well made and crafting is easier because my space is neater and organized. Love the lid too! I put my splatter box on top for the ready.
12x12 storage crate
Just ordered my first one and received it. Already put all my cm cardstock in. It’s full! I love the way it looks, it holds so much paper. I did order a second set of folders also. Still have more cardstock to add so I ordered a second paper crate. Only thing I haven’t figured out is the lid. I can’t get it on, but I think it’s because it’s full. Will see once the second one comes. I will be taking them to my retreat in a week. I think it will be easier for my customers to use and find cardstock. I know they will definitely look better on my display, as it look better in craft space.

I purchased a second 12x12 crate to hold all of my DSP that was over flowing my first 12x12 crate. I truly like these sturdy crates and the file folders that come with them. I can identify my DSP alphabetically and not have to look through them all
Crates/rollers
These are without a doubt the best storage in my craft room. I keep my designer series paper in it and roll it over to where I am working. I also store my Christmas paper in another one and roll it out when I am making Christmas cards. So convenient. Two others I use for scrap paper under my desk. I have 7 of them! You can also stack them which is great if your craft room has limited space.
Best solution for 12 by 12 designer papers
I had 2 milk crates full of stampin up fsp and specialty papers. I hated looking thru to see what I had. This crate on the rollers fits under my craft table and rolls out and in easily. So happy I purchased this. Makes crafting easier and my room looks neat and organized.

Oh my gosh, when the box showed up, I was in all smiles. I purchased the entire unit 2-creates, rolling base, and extra file folders. Once I got everything set up it looks great.
Paper Crate, wheels, and folders
I love the wheels that can be bought with the crate. They make it very easy to move the crate around. I like the crate but wish the walls were enclosed. If anything slips out of the folder a little on the sides it can fall out. Also, it is a bit of a snug fit. I wish there was just a little more room between the folders and the side of the crate. I wish the top had some sort of plastic "track" on it so that the folders would slide more easily. Overall, I am more organized with my 12 X 12 paper now. And, as stated above, I love the ability to move the crate around on the wheels.
Tight folder fit. 12x12 cubes
I love the product but I wish they were a bit bigger then the folders as if you have much of a volume they become a very tight fit and makes it hard to move the folders without stuff sticking outside.

First off, out of all the paper craft sites online, these guys are the best; always getting back to you immediately and making sure your order is perfect. The crate is great, I just have a comment which has nothing to do with the quality of the crate itself. Just a note that the hanging folders fit perfectly, but it's a very tight fit, so you can't use the paper sleeves in the hanging folders as they are too wide. I had hoped to use them to store left over scraps of cardstock in the crate. All in all, I'm happy with the crate and it's worth it to invest in the rolling base.

Paper crate storage. With base and wheels
I have purchased this item which I found to be easy to assemble and more importantly the product is so versatile. The unit stores 12x12 paper with 25 folders that have a capacity to store many more packs of paper. I decided to make the units one level and they fit easily under my crop table and with the wheeled base are easy to move for access to my now organized paper selections. I recommend stamp n storage products which I find are quality and convenient designs for craft storage.
Great crate, easy to wheel
I am really impressed with this crate and bought the wheels which make it easy to maneuver under my desk for easy access to my paper. The files that come with it are strong and I am organizing my paper for quick access. I am hoping to bring it to a scrapbook retreat next month and organize what I plan to bring there.
Great Crate
This is so great, I got another one just for specialty papers, like vellum and printed vellum, metallics and others. So great that they also make the correct sized hanging folders to go in it. Great quality construction. This is another winner!

I recently purchased the paper crates, both 8 1/2 x 11 and 12 x 12 as well as the wheeled bases. These are great for holding my Stampin'Up! yardstick and DSP and keep them close at hand when crafting. When friends are over, it is easy to just wheel the crate to them for ease in finding the paper they need. I love all the products that I have purchased from StampNStorage.

It is very hard to find 12x12 hanging folders and a product to hold them so was excited to find this. I was pleasantly surprised that it came assembled! It is a bit of a problem that the files don't slide well but since it's full, there is no need for them to slide. I wish it had come with wheels as it is very heavy, but overall, I am happy to have found this.

I ordered this paper crate for my scrapbooking files and it’s awesome! It fits the files perfect and is easy to pick up move if you need to. Makes my scrapbooking much more convenient.
Files stick and twist and come out of the sides
This review is for the 12x12 paper crate. Others have complained about this, and I wish the company would address it. The files don't move smoothly. I think they're getting caught on the wood railing at the top, but it could be the sides. I'd hoped the weight of the cardstock would help. It didn’t. The files stick and twist and then the bottom of the files come out of the holes on the sides, which will make this difficult to use without modifications. I knew going in that the huge holes on the sides would leave my paper open for dust but figured I could add a thin sheet of plastic inside to cover those. Now, I don't think that will be possible because the files will catch on it. I'll have to do it on the outside, which will mar the appearance. My husband is a woodworker, so he is going to try some things; however, I'm disappointed I can't use this right out of the box. If he can't fix the problem, I'll have him build something similar and scrap this one.

I was stashing cardstock for Christmas cards under my desk against the leg and they kept falling over. I purchased the paper crate with the hanging folders. Problem solved. Now my cardstock is neatly corralled and easy to find. Also bought the rolling base to easily move it out of the way.
Perfect for 12x12 paper
I love the product. I took away one star because I got a splinter right away. I'm more careful now. But for storing 12x12 paper, it's wonderful! Easy to access & easy to put away..

I'm so pleased with my new paper create for my 12 x 12 paper. I do agree with other's that the opening in the sides is a bit big and the files catch. I believe this is just due to the way the files are packaged - I took 4 sheets of 12 x 12 acetate and covered the openings. Looks like it was always there. I do think that once they have been hanging for a bit with the weight of the paper they will be fine.
I just ordered my second paper crate - first one is full of 12 x 12 Christmas paper and so need another for the rest of my DSP. I have to say I LOVE all of the products I've purchased from Stamp n Storage, just wish the shipping wasn't so expensive to come to the West Coast of Canada.

An ingenious design so the crates can be stacked on top of each other - I also purchased 2 roller wheels and didn’t realize that these are separate of which I think is an even better idea/ design as you have the option of rolling or stacking. I bought the 12x12 paper crate. It is well constructed , but I wish the file folders moved easier. The folders keep getting stuck on the side holes. Other than that, the crate is great.

I just received the 1x12 &8 1/2 cubes and rolling platform. I like how much the 12 x 12 paper cube holds. They are all great for trying to get my new craft room organized.

I love these. I had one and just ordered my second one. I use them for all of my scrap paper. I can see the color I need at a glance, it keeps the papers from getting crinkled up. Very well made.

12 x 12 paper crate
I am very pleased with my new paper crates! They hold a lot of paper. When you put them on the rolling base they are very easy to move with two of them stacked. They even roll easily on the carpet. The covers are great too, as they give you some extra working space. I wish that the two sides were closed in to keep scraps form falling out, but this problem is solved by adhering a piece of paper over the openings, or using 8.5"x11" plastic zip envelopes placed vertically in the folder to hold the scraps.

love this crate that holds my 12x12 paper and will order more as my paper stash tends to grow, but the only downfall with it is, the folders don't move real easily, but can be dealt with.

I just love my new crate which stores many of my expensive hand designed and painted papers. It is sturdy, well made and splinter free. I'm considering buying a second one and adding a wheel base so I can easily pull it to my work table.

Just what I needed to store my Designer Specialty Papers.. It is now much easier to access the paper I want to use, it's at my finger tips right beside my work table. Thank the designer for this product....it is a great asset to my craft room.
Paper storage crate 12x12
It is lighter than I expected, which is good. Well built and it looks great. It needs to be 1/8" wider, so the hanging paper holders would move easier without getting stuck. I can use it for my smaller paper (8.5x11) with no problems but the 12x12 hangs up and does not slide well. When I put my 12x12 paper in the hanging file holders, it catches on the bottom sides.
When I put the tabs on the top of the files, They seem to catch on the bottom of the crate being stacked on top. Probably something I am doing wrong... but it does.
Other than that, I love it.
LOVE IT
Although the whole set up (crate + rolling base + cover) was pricey, it's absolutely worth it! I loved it so much that I purchased a second one the day my first one arrived. It holds A LOT of paper. Other reviews stated it could be a smidge wider (1/8") and I agree this would help the file folders stay/hang straight and keep them from wanting to turn. This has NOT been an issue for me. Once I have the files folders in place they stay in place. Others said small scraps may fall out of the sides, I haven't had this problem but most of my paper are whole or half sheets. Even if they did pop out occasionally I would slip a thin cardboard insert on the sides as recommend by another reviewer. Would totally recommend this to anyone who is on the fence thinking about them. I purchased the covers so that I could store another small item on top of them. I ordered the base for each as well as I'm storing them both under a table side by side and this allows me to move them around freely and easily. Well made product that lets me maximize my craft space.

Huge surprise hit!
I am shocked at how much I love this guy! I bought it to use as fast storage for scrapbook photos and memorabilia plus a bit of a hand desk overflow, to keep nearby when my craft desk got overcrowded. This product is SO lightweight and maneuverable, fitting easily under the desk when not in use, holding more than expected, and being very well constructed. Of all the products I ordered recently, I debated most about this, and I am so very glad I got it. Way more useful than I had even imagined it would be!

This is the third paper crate I have purchased- I love that they are compact and stackable. I have all three of them on the wheeled base. I can easily move them around as needed, and slide them into the closet when I am done crafting to open up more floor space in my small craft room.

This is my third crate I really like everything about them the size is perfect for my DSP, it comes with the hanging files, I can actually find what I want instead of digging through the “collection “ , I have sorted my DSP and use it so much more, when you add the rolling base moving the crates around under the tables is perfect!

I now have 4 paper crates 3 12x 12 and 1 8 1/2 x 11. They are very well made and well worth buying. I have taken all my papers out of plastic boxes and filed them in these great paper crates. Awesome. Im so glad I decided to purchase the first set.. Now all I have to do is roll the crates over and scrap. Love them!

I recently got two paper crates for my 12x12 scrapbook paper and loved it so much that I sent for anther crate soon after! The crate is very well made and the filing system is wonderful. What I like: the crate can sit on a table which is very convenient because I am finding it harder to bend as I get olde. I like having the paper at arms' reach. .I keep the paper very organized in the file folders and can easily flip through the files to find what I am looking for- It shows great customer service that Stamp and Storage thoughtfully includes 12x12 file folders and tabs, realizing that the file folders would otherwise be hard to find! They think of the customers' needs. (Thank you!) What I also love about the vertical file system is that having the paper in file folders keeps it dust-free and nice looking. I received a call from Stamp and Storage regarding my shipment choice. They were very friendly and caring.

12 X 12 Rolling Crates
I love them for the most part. They are a little tight I would love for the file folders to move more smoothly, maybe a metal guide, and it would be wonderful it they were just a smidge wider, 1/8" would probably do it.

They are low enough to fit double stacked UNDER my craft table. I have organized them by categories in alphabetical order, I also have found some Library Cabinet Label Brackets, that I will be screwing on, so that I can put a changing Paper Label in each one, for easy reference when I need to find something. The only thing I have found is a lot of times my paper sticks out from the edges of the folder, and gets caught on the cutouts on the sides of the crates. I have SOLVED this issue, by cutting Light weight WHITE Cardboard in 8.5 inches by 12 to 13 inches. Oone piece goes on each side So the Files and Paper stay inside the cutout sides. Will try to take a picture and post. Not sure if I can do that in a Review. FOR MY MONEY these Crates are the BEST investment that I have made for Paper Storage. I can grab just one crate to take for a crop, and have what I need for a particular project. THANKS STAMP N STORAGE for a GREAT PRODUCT.

I have three of these crates and I love them. Best invention for storing 12 x 12 paper. They hold a lot of paper.. I don’t stack them because I keep them stored under a desk - I just ordered an extra wheel base. The wheels also lock into place if you don’t want them rolling around

It seems so hard to store 12 x 12 paper in a way you can get at it. This crate is a reasonable solution. It is easy to move the crates around even when they have a lot of paper in them. I have 2 of mine on a shelf slightly below waist height and this is perfect. It is easy to open the folders and look at the contents. It is a relief to have this after my previous storage methods and I'm glad I bought the crates. I wish they sold cloth covers to go over the top to keep the dust out. There are two things that aren't perfect about this crate. It is slightly hard to slide the folders along the wooden rails. I think this will get easier with time and it isn't a bad defect. The "holes" on the sides of the crate are too large so if you're not careful, the folders don't sit down in snuggly and if there are scraps, they may poke out the side. But basically, I'm glad I have these, I'd buy them again, and it is a lot better than anything else I know of.
Paper Crate (12x12) &Rolling Base
Okay I have my 2 crates out of their shipping boxes, with no damage. They are currently stacked one on the other, and on the rolling base. I can not believe how light weight they are, but so strong. I have put the 50 hanging folders in the crates (25 in each) and am starting to sort my papers, and add the labeling for the hanging folders. Will give an update on these after Christmas, which will give me a month to use them and see if there are any issues. Right now I can't see anything that would be a problem.

8.5 x 8.5 paper crate
I purchased 2 of these crates. There are as well built and beautiful as all of the products at Stamp-n-Storage. I like that they're notched to stack well. They are indeed lightweight. The disadvantage is that once they are filled they are heavy and lifting one off of the other is a strain. I sort of expected this, but I needed something to get more organized and Stamp-n-Storage is always reliable.

I was so excited to receive my 12X12 paper crates. I saw a Facebook Video months before they were in production, so that made it even more exciting to receive. The crates are smooth and durable but yet lightweight. The folders were perfectly with the crates as well. These will be easy to take on Scrapbook Crops!
